Join leading preservation attorneys, scholars and professionals to analyze the latest developments and trends in historic preservation law. Part 1 of the program will include reviews of current preservation efforts in America’s cities, federal case law and National Historic Preservation Act updates, and tips on best practices for working with tax credits and conservation easements. Part 2 will provide you with data and strategies for new directions in historic preservation law, such as traditional cultural properties, cultural heritage protection and sustainability. An optional two hour preservation law introduction will be available by webinar shortly before the conference. Conducted by noted historic preservation law text authors and professors Sara Bronin, Peter Byrne and Ryan Rowberry, this introductory webinar is free with your conference registration and date/time will be made available to paid attendees.
